Well done dadski! I have no idea how you manage to do it, I hyperventilate when I jog for the bus. You are already healthier than your 23 year old daughter. Shame on me! Keep on battling through, I'm very proud of you and who knows, soon you might actually be Bridport national champion.

well, look after yourself!
i managed to avoid injury in the run up to my first marathon.
i concentrated on lots of hill work to build up my stamina. it was knackering but it paid off!
